A plan of continued growth for Supervisors and Techs will be measured by safety performance, efficiency, machine uptime, and compliance to corporate and community guidelinesThe Superintendent will work closely with the Scheduler/Planner and Production to maximize the effectiveness of projects and PM’s. The Superintendent will communicate daily with the Plant Engineer to discuss matters and take directionAny other duties associated with the above duties as assigned by Plant EngineerThis is a safety sensitive position.
